Is there a downloadable title list, preferably in KBART format, that libraries can use so these journals can be included in link resolving services and A-Z list? If not, would Wiley consider developing one?

Kudos and congratulations on this foray into open access!

      Dear Heather,
Thanks for your comment to the Wiley Open Access blog about a downloadable title list. I apologise for the long delay in responding to this. We are currently working with colleagues to get a list such as you describe and hope to have something ready in the new year. The goal will be to include all the Wiley Open Access titles and the Wiley titles which offer Online Open publication in one list for 2012. Thank you for your suggestion.
      best wishes

      Dear Heather,
Our journals list at http://wileyonlinelibrary.com/journals-list now contains a tab featuring all the Wiley Open Access titles, plus any society open access or other free online journals. I hope this will be useful.
      With best wishes,
      Catherine
